Master bath renovation
The owners of this east side home requested a remodel of their current master bathroom. The new area designed by Charlotte Breed Handy, architect, included his and her bathrooms with a seperate dressing area.
This project involved the interior renovation of the second floor of a two-family home in Bristol, RI. The new owner requested a total renovaton of the apartment which had been badly neglected for many years. Emerald City Construction worked with the owner to develop a new layout which would add another bedroom and that would include a newly designed kitchen and bathroom.
The owners of this home in East Greenwich, RI requested an upgrade to an existing master bathroom. The new plan included removing a fiberglass shower and replacing it with granite tile and a glass encloser. We also installed a new, double sink vanity which required some custom detail work to achieve the finished look the custom desired. The final details of this project included oil rubbed bronze fixtures.
This luxurious bathroom was designed and created with relaxation and functionality in mind. It includes a Jacuzzi bathtub and a shower stall with mulitple shower heads and steam. Several built-in custom cabinets provide plenty of storage space. An intergrated sound system provides for relaxing music or the owners can watch their favorite TV shows on the built-in plasma TV while enjoying a restful soak in the tub.
This new construction, single family home has an open floor plan. The design of the kitchen makes for a very efficient work space for the cook while still lending to the open feel of the home.
The owners of this lake front home in Charlestown wanted to add to the living space of their home. The basement was remodeled to create a space that is efficient and comfortable. The windows and glass paneled door allow them to enjoy their beautiful outdoor views.
This project involved re-tiling bathoom floor. Old tile and sub-flooring was removed and new tile and sub-flooring was installed.
Emerald City Construction remodeled this single family home on the East Side of Providence. The project involved the full renovation of all 3 floors including a kitchenette and bathroom on the 3rd floor and remodeling the master bathroom on the 2nd floor and the 1st floor living room. The living room was updated to include custom cabinets with columns and the creation of pocket doors leading from the hallway to maximize available space. Designs for the renovation were provided by David Foley of Foley Fiore Architecture
